With over 14 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, Kayleigh embarked on her journey in 2010, initially immersing herself in the inner workings of her family’s Mortgage Broking business. Eager to amass as much knowledge and expertise as possible, she navigated the back channels before assuming a broking role. Kayleigh’s commitment to excellence was evident when she achieved her diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking well ahead of it becoming a mandatory industry requirement. In 2014, she took the next significant step in her career by establishing her own office in Newcastle, transitioning from the bustling city of Sydney.
Dedicated to transforming the home ownership dreams of her clients into reality, Kayleigh goes beyond the transactional aspects, ensuring all their financial needs are seamlessly addressed throughout the entire process. Her passion lies in providing clients with continuous updates, guiding them through the intricate finance procedures. Kayleigh takes pride in demystifying financial jargon, empowering her clients to comprehend their financial positions and explore the possibilities available to them.
Kayleigh Russell is an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
When not at work Kayleigh can be found frequenting the local Newcastle coffee shops, running long distances and spending time with her husband and groodle called Ted.
